Such a powerful verse. I can only hope that we can take this seriously and whole-heartedly. Repentance is not a chore, but it is the cure. Whether it be small sins or big sins, they both hurt and go against God. Thankfully, He has made a way for us to be washed clean and given a second, third, and fourth chance at times. His forgiveness is true and runs deep. God will refresh, but we must go to Him humbly and ready to turn from our sins in this world. To revisit a past post I had composed quoting Romans 3:10...none of us are perfect or even close to perfection. We can't judge those around us, only ourselves. We all have vices. We all fall short. If you don't agree with that, you don't agree with the word of God. That in itself is another problem...
Maybe I should walk with a mirror in my hand all day to see all the stupid mistakes I make...repentance is the cure.
