Psalm 4:4
4 In your anger do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent.
Every night, when I lay down to sleep, I am silent...but I don't always search my heart. In the dark and in the night hours, we possibly find the only silence we have had all day. We should take that time and reflect and search, just as the word describes.
